No one's got it all

I been wondering what to do next... yeah I'm 22 but it seems that I should be doing something big by now. Maybe its just me whining, but it feels like life is just passing buy and instead of me looking older I'm look younger.. Wtf... I'm more confident and more sure of myself but I feel more lost than before... is it because I'm growing up? Cue "Laughing With" From Regina Spektor. I guess I should be grateful for what I have... but God Can be funny.

On a better note I've been finding myself in this sea of people her in LA! Yes you might live in a big city but sometimes you can feel lonely because everyone is rushing to get to some place... the gym, mall, work, etc. Call me lame or what have you but I like enjoying the small things in life. I have made a great friend from Indiana... My bad habit Alex!! yay Love that girl! such a dude!! I am glad to say that I had the opportunity to watch The Sounds live at the Wiltern best show ever!! Just couldn't believe I was there. The single life is good for now..hehehe but like I said before Why do I look younger now??? ugh now all I have is lame little kids hitting on me... yuck.. Sorry but I'm not about to become someones bitch in jail...lol Oh music what would I be with out you today. Amaral is making my life really happy right now. Eva your voice is amazing making all your melancholy and happy songs shine.... The person I miss so much is my Jeanne!! my music and art buddy! I look up to her(No joke Jeanne) my soul sister!! ooh the things we have in common! Stay positive girl we can surpass this stage of our life and find something great at the end of this that we can call ours. <3>

I just adore this Spanish Bad from Spain. I can say it represents who I am. The metaphor's they use, story and beats make my ears happy. Mostly their songs are about Love, Friendship and Relationships. The band was originally composed of Amaia Montero, Pablo Benegas, Xabi San Martín and Haritz Garde. After having big success in spain and in most spanish countries the bad vocalist Amaia decided to leave the band and become a solo artist. Yes her voice was hard to come by and she was what made LOVG unique, but the band members made a great decision in choosing Leire Martinez as their new vocalist. The band hasn't lost their touch in lyrics and Leire voice is just great for their new material. Here are 2 videos one with Amaia and the other with Leire. Even if you don't know spanish you will love the beats :)

Sorry I've been MIA but I'm back like New!

So my summer was a total roller coaster, fun, exciting, sad and it left me with a new beginning. Fresh, new... Hello. That's what happens when one falls in love, I guess but I embrace it. Oh and that was the first time I fell in love (yeah I'm 22).

Ok. so I will stop ranting and tell you about the pictures I just took of my Muse Ada. Ok Part 2 from Xavier's shoot

So we took like 200+ photos but as always I have to choose 5-10 pictures..ugh but I have to.. YayI just got the ok to do shoot with a new friend; Its going to be about tennis but my style. hahaha Can't wait, I always wanted to learn to play tennis maybe I will after all. Yay Still searching for new music out there... Crazy weather in LA, it was kinda cold today. Omg I've been reading Augusten Burroughs books non-stop :) I love his humor.. currently I'm reading A wolf at The Table.

Xavier part 1

Wow!! My shoot was a success...Yay Thanks Xavier. He was my first male model, but we had fun :) Now more guys are coming up to me to take their pictures. Practice is not bad so come anyone who wants to come. Ugh I had an ok week, wish it could be better. Ugh I need new music to listen to.

Music I Like right now Part 1.....hehehe

Well As we all know today's music is not that great... True story.. But I have always been the type of person that is in search for good music with meaning and away from main stream. I think its amazing what other artist can do and most of us don't know about it. First I will talk about Spanish artist and then English ones.

For now I have been a big fan of Natalia Lafourcade she is a really good Mexican artist, that many people have compare her with Lily Allen, even tough she came out before Allen. Her style is just great and she plays with different instruments in her songs. You can catch her new single here it's called "Ella es Bonita" . Also a nice groovy elecrto dance group "ELECTRICA MIAMI" is just great to dance and hit the club.

Now Moving on to English artist Two that I can't get enough, the first one is "Songs For Eleonor" they are a duo From Mexico that re just great they describe themselves as Indie / Experimental / Electronic. They just make my day when I hear them. Moving on to my obsession Ladyhawke, I had the opportunity to see her Live at The Troubadour. Her style is Pop/Classic Rock/Electro just the best thing I am listening to right now :) The whole CD is just genius!!! ...Well this is just me ranting have a good day!

So I'm starting to shoot more and more but recently I've been Taking pictures of just girls and I want to transition in to male models. I guess it's hard asking guys in Los Angeles because they think I am hitting on them. Geez people!! But I'm excited to shoot my friend Xavier this Saturday!
